Construction:

• Small residential projects usually do not require master plans. During initial consultations our designers can create functional designs at no cost.
• Budgets for small projects usually range from $2,000-$20,000+
• Large residential landscape or construction projects, which might include a custom inground swimming pool and spa with water features, landscaping walls, custom decks, lighting, irrigation, fencing or other features usually range from $50,000 - $1,000,000+

Master Plans:

• Master plans created by architect range from $1,500 - $5,000+
• Architectural drawings for structures like pool houses or garages range from $1,500 - $6,000+
